Flagship films for E.ON’s B2B Corporates Team

Friday, March 23rd, 2012

We’ve just finished creating nine films for E.ON’s B2B Corporates Team.

We used time-lapse, Steadicam and panning shots edited with layered graphics to create fast-paced visuals that reflect the dynamic industry and energy needed to drive it.

We drafted scripts, interviewed staff and even travelled to the trading centre in Dusseldorf to demonstrate the Corporates team’s extensive expertise and depth of knowledge, plus the range of products and services they offer. Powerful statements and keywords are brought out as text layers over the top of films to reinforce messaging and make the subject easier to understand.

The films take viewers on a virtual journey through the business, allowing existing and prospective customers to meet the team in an informal way and to give a warm, honest, human feel. Supported with customer case studies, it helps show a softer, friendlier edge to what can sometimes be a complex product and service offering!

They’re being uploaded to E.ON’s website as we speak!

We’ve gone all fashion conscious!

We’ve been working on our latest website project for little while, and now we can finally tell you all about it! U&I Recruitment are based in central Nottingham. They specialise in global fashion, textiles and retail recruitment – so their image is really important to them. When they asked us to revamp their website, we jumped at the chance.

We refreshed u&I’s logo, completely rebuilt the website with a whole new look and feel, and even found them some new photography. That included some shots of the u&I ladies themselves, when the group nervously put on their best smiles to give us some lovely images!

We’ve also tackled their SEO, and we’re in the process of designing them an animated advertising banner. They’re really pleased with the site – and we’re chuffed to bits they like it. You can see for yourself at www.uandirecruitment.co.uk.

A trip to the seaside…

Friday, December 16th, 2011

Last week, we took a (wind affected) journey up the A1 to BT’s new £10.5m business centre in South Shields. We’d just completed the branding of the consumer sales floor to 300+ new staff and thought we’d check in on their initial reaction to their new working environment. All feedback was extremely positive and it was interesting to hear back on their favourite wall graphic, messaging and / or illustration. Let’s just say, opinion was divided!

Michon and the BT brand team joined forces in 2009, and started transforming BT’s contact centres into bright, clean and colourful places to work. Our aim was to bring a real flavour of the brand into the centres and show BT people how they can make a real difference to how customers see BT. Using BT’s internal illustrative style and ‘the difference is you’ approach we created a suite of illustrations and messages that communicate the BT brand values in a quirky and engaging way.

Say it with sprouts!

Friday, December 16th, 2011

As an alternative to the usual Christmas cards or e-cards sent out by most people at this time of year, we’ve decided to do something a little more fun.

“‘Orrible Sprouts” is a game that we’ve built especially for those who aren’t friends of the humble sprout! You win points by successfully firing sprouts into the target on each of the five levels. The targets get harder to hit as the game goes on but the rewards are bigger and the more points you score, the more likely you are to appear on the Leaderboard.

Have a go yourself at www.orriblesprouts.co.uk.
